Drake Burd has been making music since he was four years old, starting out at the piano and never really stopping. He grew up in coastal Delaware, where music and community went hand in hand for decades. He spent years as a volunteer with the Millville Volunteer Fire Company, joining at seventeen - helping with everything from paperwork to headlining the fire company's summer concert series to raise money for the firehouse. Performing for his neighbors was simply part of who he was.

Now settled in Buellton, Drake is bringing that same easygoing, crowd-pleasing energy to the Santa Ynez Valley. He plays solo, but he loves company too, and you'll often catch him sitting in with other musicians and trading songs. If you've seen him play, you already know: the smile is real, and it's contagious.
